Removal and reaug from 375cc..

I’m due to have my implants removed and replaced in March. I currently have 375cc HP textured unders.

I’ve been offered 550-650cc but I’ve no idea what size to go for. Before my 375s I was an A cup. Any girls that can give me a hand? I don’t want them to be redone and you can’t even tell! Xx

I’m in the same boat pretty much! I’m currently 340cc and having them redone and was offered implants from 470cc right up to 650cc! I had a proper panic and after asking for 550cc I’ve gone with the 470s as I don’t want them to look ridiculous but like you said I want them to look brand new again! I’m having them done on the 29th and will let you know my outcome. I remember with my first op I really wished it had gone bigger but the sound of the 650 just scared me!! X

Hi could I please ask which surgeon you’re seeing? I was due to have reaug with capsulectomy with dr mileto on 10th march but have also now had appt with dr Hassan sulaiman. One said they wouldn’t take me bigger than 500, even potentially smaller. I’m currently a 460.
The other surgeon said could take me to a 600!
So much to take in! X

I’m similar! I had mine done 13 years ago with 325cc and I’ve been offered 500, 550 or 600cc with Dr Traynor. He said as a rule of thumb if he’s doing a reaugmentation for larger he goes at least 50% more than the first size. Not sure if that’s a general thing or a him thing 😂
I said 550cc when I tried the sizers on, but ultimately I’m going to let him decide what size he thinks on the day, I’ve got my operation 25 March so will let you know 😊
If you’re not sure make another appointment to try the sizers on again or see the actually implant size in person, that may help!

Hi girls, sorry I didn’t see any replies until now! So I had my op 3 days ago and got 650cc HP textured implants by Gary Traynor. So pleased I didn’t change my mind and size down because honestly they aren’t that big! I’m so much happier with the size of these ones than my 375s. I didn’t get to try on any sizers as the clinic didn’t have any in and said it was hard to judge against the 375s anyways but I said to Dr Traynor on the day I was happy to go with his advice as I had a bit of loose skin. Hope you’re all looking forward to your ops!

Re aug recovery has felt way smoother than the first op too, presuming because I’ve already got the pockets xx
