Replacing after 10 years – anyone gone narrower?

Has anyone had re-augmentation and gone for a narrower implant?
I had 350cc low profile Allergen CUI overs 10 years ago after 2 pregnancies.
Diameter 12.4 / Profile 4.3
I’ve since had another baby which along with time has made my boobs, especially my left drop really low.
Had my consultation last week and have been told I don’t need a lift.
Surgeon has ordered 390 cc and 420cc Nagor in both high and ultra high. Just went with what he said as I’d told him I’d like fuller.
When I got back from the consultation I looked at the size of these and I’m loosing diameter in all and only gaining 1.3cc projection at the most with an UH. He’s also wanting to put them under the muscle this time.
Due to have my surgery on the 23rd so I’ve had to make another consultation. Completely confused as to what I’d achieve from any of them.
Don’t want to pay all that money and not look any different.
I’ve attached photos of pre op and 10 years on.

Any similar stories or advice appreciated x

Hi Bex, can I ask, do you have rippling in the left one that you say has dropped? I’ve recently had a baby and mine have dropped esp my right one and loads of rippling. Xx

Yeah, I’ve got lots of rippling . It wasn’t bad for a good few years but now you can feel all the implants wherever you touch . My skin feels so thin. The surgeon said it was wrong placement for me and I’d of been better with unders which I’m having this time x

Do you have any pain in the one that’s rippling? I do 🙁 x

No, never have any pain, just not looking great at all anymore.
How old are yours? X

Hey I’m hoping this is what I’m experiencing and is normal post baby/years later.. my implants are 10 years old this year and I am now 6 months post baby which seems to have changed one boob. I went to the doctors to get it checked as I worried but I can feel almost ridges around my nipple which I assume may be the implant as it has moved maybe?
I phoned Mya 3 months ago and said to call back in another 3 months if still the same which it is but I’m not sure where I stand with it?!

I think this is happening to me too I get pain now and again – what does it feel like? X

Hey not the same but I changed profile and gone wider, I had 240cc ultra high and now I have 385cc high mine honestly don’t look much different in projection tbh, they are wider that’s it 😫
