Replacing my breast implants

Hi everyone i am totally new to this site and have been watching it for a while

I had my breast impants done though transform over 6 years ago and i am getting increasing pain in my right implant and has been like this for a few months now It also is rippling along the top and getting shooting pains !!

I have a feeling it has ruptured has anyone had their breast implants replaced ?

I had MHP 525cc’s fitted and he they told me i would be a DD but i am huge now i am a 32 GG !! i really need them done again as this right breast is really worrying me now, i am not sure if i will need an uplift as i have quite low breasts now after having my little boy but it scares the life out if me having scars going all down the front

any advice from anyone who has had theirs replaced as i really want to get them done from MYA NOW !! XX
