Okeydoke, I’ve now decided to go for Natrelle’s instead of CUI’s. (Having 365’s Overs)

And now comes the dilemma of which one’s, the softer ones (Responsive) of the Firmer ones (Soft Touch). Is there a massive difference between them??

Anybody had either that doesn’t mind me seeing their pics?

Basically I’m wanting a fuller look rather than sticky outy look, am currently a 32c (pretty empty)

    Any advice much appreciated!

    Hugs

    Jo xx

I’m going for responsive as I’m wanting them to be super soft! Not sure if they have an increased risk of rippling or not, but I was more worried about them being hard x

thats what i dont want too hun, and i think cos im going for the highest size my surgeon said, maybe resposive will be fine?? xx

If I haven’t been told otherwise does that mean I’m having cui’s? And what’s the difference? Xx

Hey Reg, below is the info I found out, hope it helps hun xxx

We get offered standard CUI implants when we have our pre op’s (unless stated otherwise).

The CUI are the most commonly used in the UK, but are not approved in America which the natrelles are (FDA) but from what I can tell that’s solely to do with insufficient testing in the US and doesn’t mean the implants are less safe. Standard CUI’s are still great and offered by most companies and surgeons all over, you get given a 10 year guarantee with them too, lots and lots of girls have these.

Natrelles have a slightly thicker shell, which reduces their rupture rate, so they have a lifetime guarantee against rupture (this means if they do rupture they would replace implants for free and pay £700 towards the cost of a reop). The natrelles have soft touch and responsive, the responsive are the softest implant, the soft touch are softer than the CUI’s but again from what I can tell from what other girls say the CUI’s soften up really well and there’s no difference. The natrelles are also supposed to have less chance of developing capsular contracture and the soft touch are supposed to give the best chance of developing rippling, but the amount of breast tissue and implant size also plays a part in this. They offer to softnesses, Responsive (softest implants of all) and soft touch (i know backwards) which is similar to cui but a little less firm. For resposive you would need to pay an extra £308 and for Soft Touch an extra £461, and although I’m told the natrelle’s are not necessarily better the natrelle is sort of an extended warranty on ur boobies I guess.

Also natrelles come in more sizes I have found, I found that in the 365cc which im having they were wider (yay which i wanted) and not as much projection (yay which i also wanted).

I guess it’s each to their own as to what you want hun.

I’ve ordered a cui 365, a responsive 365 and a soft touch 365 for my surgeon to decide for me on the day.

Just paid £461 and if i dont use the natrelles i get refunded that back, if i have responsive i get refunded the difference back xxx

    Hey girls,

Just reading you posts and im thinking of having a BA now!

But I want it to look really natural and not the hard/ fake look!

Is the responsive’s the most natural then?

Sorry to jump into your convo just really struggling to find that info!

    Thanks

I wanted a very natural look, had my BA on tues with a moderate profile. was measured today and told they look very natural and woman wouldnt of know if I hadnt of said. I also went for the soft touch as i had overs and they are supposed to reduce rippling.

I had soft touch and mine as starting to feel softer day 22 post op. I am petite so rippling risk is higher (which is permanent once you get it) so I chose the lease likely chance of getting it with having soft touch.

    very happy with them:)

Extra high profile will be the same cubic capacity (ie 410cc). But the implants will have a smaller diameter and project more.

INSPIRA are the Natrelle’s round shape range of implants
