Revision – smaller implants. Will I need an uplift too?

Hey,

I had a BA in 2015, I was 19 and originally a 32AA.

I had 350cc ultra-high profile implants and that has made me a 30FF/32FF. I’m an 8/10. No children.
They are really projected and just feel huge on me. We Went with UHP due to having a narrow chest wall.

Ideally I’d like to be a 30 C, at most. II was thinking having 200cc? I haven’t seen the surgeon yet but I have been advised I’d need an uplift due to stretching 🙁

Does anyone have experience of downsizing their implants/and or having an uplift?
