Revision surgery – implant & uplift

I had BA in 2018, was told no uplift needed.. I have been trying to get revision surgery since 2019 and only Dec 2020 it was approved!! Think it was only approved due to going down the complaints route. I am now being told I need an uplift and should of had one to start with to achieve the look I wanted. They are now saying I’d have to pay £4k for the uplift.. anyone else had this & had to pay for revision?
