Rhino questions, breathing through your nose..anyone know if…

I am 2nd day post op and even though im slightly blocked up i can breath through my nose which feels amazing again! haha, just wondering if i can is it ok to or should i still be breathing through my mouth at this stage?? Thanks xx

Hey honey, I think it’s fine! Mr G said to me yesterday that it’s ok

to sniff up just don’t blow ur nose as it can change the shape believe it or not!

Hey aw that’s a relief thanks hun been doing it wondering wether I should be or not lol. I’m feeling ok just bored.and uncomfortable but pain free which is good! I woke up without the pack in the nurse told ne in recovery that my pack came out! Hope you’re feeling ok xxx

when i see him in Jan he asked me to breathe, but my nose was stil kind of blocked still he said not to start breathing prperly til im about 4months, only because when your breathing through your nose you can forget about wat youv had done and you breathe too hard to try and get rid of the blockness if any of that made sense haha just be careful, even tho i could breathe after op i stil breathed through my mouth x

Oh thanks hun thats good to know! You have to be so carefull dont you, how long was it before you could normally blow your nose? Its just hard at night now my throat getting so sore but dont wana risk doing any harm to my nose! xx
