Rhinoplasty girls what do I need?

Hey I’ve got my op two weeks todY what would you recommend I need to get? Getting nervous now eeee x

I took arnica before hand and continued taking for a week after the operation!
I would get straws to use when drinking and take some mints or something refreshing as its quite difficult brush your teeth few days after the operation, the hospital might provide refreshing swabs.
Plenty pillows prop you up at night for the first two week to keep you elevated.
The pain is minimal I didn’t need painkillers or any medication at all it looks far worse than it feels, just avoid mirrors for first few days you’ll look terrifying haha. You’ll feel like you can do everything as normal but just watch you don’t lift too much and plenty bed rest! I was addicted to Ice lollies as I couldn’t open my mouth fully and they’re much easier to eat. But some Ice packs for your face swelling really works. Good luck, you’ll love the results xx

I had dr Mahdi from transform he was really good, but hopefully having my nrxt op with mya seen really good comments about their surgeons. You’ll be amazed how quick you will feel better. Although I’m still swollen on one side and I had my op mid May but apparently it takes a long time fully heal xx

Aww I hope so I’m so scared but hopefully it will be worth it I think I’m going to be very bored haha as I work 7 days a week so I’m not going to know what to do with myself xx

Haha I know I had two weeks off it was torture. And day time tv is rubbish!! You’ll feel fine but looks wise you can’t go out the house but it’ll be near Halloween so you’ll be fine hahaa! But in all seriousness take advantage of being off it will be worth it mine wasn’t bad before but I just didn’t like it and I’m so glad i had it done. Its a shock at first because you’ll not be used to it takes some getting used to it changes your face but so worth it xx

Haha yeah it’s my birthday 3 days after and I can’t do anything lol! But yes so hope it’s worth it! Mine I’m hoping will be a huge change as it’s way too big for my face, but at the same time all my friends and everyone I’ve told has said they don’t want me to change as they like me the way I am, but I know I will never be happy until I do it do may aswell do it now while I’m still quite young lol xx

Yeah I know what you mean you feel totally different to what you actually look like once your mind is set on having it done. Strangers you’ve never met before will never notice you’ve had surgery because they do them so well. But your friends will they’ll love it! I’m excited for you. Make sure you take before and after pictures on your phone as I didn’t and now I can’t even remember what it used to look like xx

Ye I’ve taken a few and I’ve got pics of girls that my surgeon has done so I can take them with me as I didn’t bring any pics when I went for my consultation . Did you have open or closed? Xx
