Rhinoplasty help!!! Am I being stupid :(

I know this may sound like a ridiculous question and I know I’m only six days post op but today I woke up and felt totally fine, and this evening my nose has been throbbing loads and I can feel loads of pressure under the cast. I know I’m only six days post op but I kind of thought this might have stopped by now? I’ve had to take a lie down (sitting up right of course) I’m too scared to move or do anything now incase I set it off again! Has anyone else had throbbing during the duration of wearing the cast? I friggin hate this thing!!!!! Xx
