Ribcage asymmetry help!!

Hi ladies had a consult with the fabulous Dr Mounir about a breast lift. Im currently a 34g look amazing in a bra and awful without out. After 8 babies theyre ruined. He told me mu best option is a uplift without implant due to skin elasticity. My only worry is he said due to my ribcage i am likely to have some right breast crease deformity im confused! He did say i wouldnt achieve the rounded look at the top of the breast. But im now wondering if i should even bother. Has anyone heard the same? Xx
