Hi I have been asked to do the rice test because of the size difference on my breasts. Has anyone done this and whats the best way too do it?

Do I just need to find what the difference is or also do what implants they are thinking of putting in??? confused lol.

the rice test you put the amount of grams you want in clingfilm, put it inside a sports bra and squash it flat against your breast, it is a good idea to know what you are offered to know how many grams of rice to put in each xx

I just tried the rice test with the clingfilm in my mams 32DD bra.. i tried 340 and 380 and both were far too big for the bra! Not sure if u have done something wrong? Honestly i looked like jordan with them in! But everyone else says its average size..

    vert confused!haha xx

I have tried the rice test for my 525cc and they did feel quite huge too. The ones at MYA felt more in proportion if that helps and i have heard people say they will be smaller than the rice boobs once done.. x

I tried it too find the difference between my breasts, but they are putting 600cc in one and 750-800 cc in the other. Too scared to try those measurments as they will be huge lol. xx

I tried this with 380 and stuck it in a DD sports bra which fitted ok, but did look huge, but prob about the same size as they did at MYA. My mum was like ‘oh my god they’re massive’ but its so hard to tell how they’ll look in proper bras. Even the chicken fillets I tried on in the clininc weren’t very realistic

Tried it as the 600 and 750, i just laughed and laughed as they looked like two lumps stuck on, hope the real things look better lmao x
