Rice Test 450cc

hi girls,

been googling about the rice test, and im getting us measurements and there isnt any i can find for 450cc. has any of you girlies got any information on how to do it? or still have the website/picture you used to do yours?

Get a jug and do 450ml of rice. The cc stands for cubic centimetres which is the same as millilitres x
