Hiya can anyone tell me how I can measure out the size of an implant when doing the rice test?
I’m getting either 360cc or 410cc and can’t decide. Thought it would be a really good idea to fill a sock with rice and walk about in it for day to get rough idea. But got no idea how to measure it on scales
