what eva size you are thinking of, so like me I was having 380 0r 410 so i measured 380 gram and put it in a pop sock and then did the same with 410 hope this helps.

Heya, I’m pretty sure it’s mls cos I went to see Dr C last Sat and he referred to my size as mls instead of cc’s. Plus if you convert ml’s to cc’s it’s the exact same (on your phone or online). Hope that helps xxx

I think it’s mls too cos I measured out 260 grams and it was absolutely massive! Gunna try it with mls later

they do look massive, its just if you have scales i dont think it does mls, but as cloe said its the same in mls as grams xx
