Rice test and holidays…..x

How do you do the rice test lol?

I am going for 380s so do i put 380 grams in a wee bag things and is it raw rice haha?

Also how many weeks does it normally take for them to feel and look ok? I am going on holiday approx 8 weeks after surgery to ibiza so hoping i will be ok to jump around? what u girls think?xx

PUt uncooked rice weighing 380g into the feet part of cut up tights. Tie a little knott. Waaaallllllaaaaarrrr… Just go in ya bra like chickenfilletts!

As for ya hol u should be fine but u have to keep,ur scars covered for a yr xx
