rice test :help pleaseeee

How do I do it? Xx

Weigh out your implant size in grams of rice – 525 is yours right? – and put them in the foot of a pair of tights (don’t use a food bag like I did, it’s rubbish). then mould it round the boob and voila!

Yes I’m having 525, thanks for remembering, I must go on a lot lol!… So I measure 525grams and do I put it in a bra? Xx

put the tights in a bra yeah, a sports bra prob better if you already have one, none of my old bras had the room!!! It came out a bit smaller than my actual implants tho, and bear in mind the rice will move around a bit more than the implants which are more shaped, but it isn’t a bad test to try for def. Have fun! I spilt rice everywhere and only had enough for 1 boob!

Take a pic so you can see how it compares after! One of the other girls used a food bag as well and it popped open in her bra, that made me laugh cos it so could have been me! Make sure you have enough rice for both boobs!
