Right breast funny shape?! 5 months post op ?

I had 400cc moderate plus overs in February and I have been really happy until last week when I noticed I could feel a bubble under my right breast.. I think this is called double bubble. Now my breast looks square in shape, has this happened to anyone else? I was borderline for an uplift so maybe I should of had one. I have an appointment with Max Marcelino in Sept. I’m really upset about this.
It’s like my implant has moved and it’s pulling in my breast.
