    How do you guys keep slim and stuff??? I’ve had my new boobs for nearly 7 months now and now want to slim down etc. :)

    i want to know the sam thing hun i have had 5 kids and need to lose it,i did lose loads after my last girl for her christening last year but seemes to have piled it back on……..please help me too xx

    I find getting up earlier everyday start the metabolism,good breakfast,no snacking in between meals, fill up on fruit and loads of water,and keep active,walk everywhere,lol,then I do 30 mins workout a day too,my weight hasnt changed in years,xxx its really difficult to fit all that in and work as well when you have children to look after,and I think the biggest hurdle is getting motivated to start,lol.xxx

    i did all that tina when i lost loads i loved it i never ate bread never snacked i was so motivated is was mental…..not sure what happened i just cant seem to get back into it,and like you say with kids its hard by the time i have sorted all my 5 all i wanna do is sit and chill xx

    Cant blame you hun,its a full time job,front back and nights looking after kids,I think getting up early keeps mine off,and plus its easy for me my kids are in their 30s,lol,they dont live at home so only me to worry about,xxx

    o mine are monsters they are only 12 9 6 3 and 2 on my feet all the time xx
