I believe that this can settle as your recovery goes on, so please don’t panic. A girl I know noticed some visible rippling around 4 weeks post op but it has now become less prominent at 6 weeks post op. It may well reduce and become impossible to see, but if you are concerned, I would recommend speaking with your surgeon to try to put your mind at rest. You’re still early on in the process with a lot of stretching of the skin and settling of the implant still to go, so everything is going to continue to change a lot for you over the next few weeks and months.

My surgeon told me their is a chance of rippling due to being small in the first place and of small fran. The only advice he gave for that was to try and put weight on. I have my surgery yesterday tea time. Xxxx

As if the nurse just said she doesn’t know! That’s not exactly helpful. Like Becca said, your boobs are still just adjusting to the implants and you still have so many changes to go through. I don’t think you will get a clearer picture until they start to drop, at the moment it might just be from the tightness x

    tor! exactly,

when she said she didnt know what it was i was so annoyed. the nurse is suppose to be there to help with concerns and if it is rippling it cannot be the first time shes seen this.

    thanks girls!

    i love this forum,

i am going to try to be patient.

i have stopped looking at them 24 7 and going to focus on scar therapy serums

staring at them all day you end up picking up all the flaws!xx

Hiya, I know this post is a few months old now but just wondering if your issue settled? I’m 5weeks 5 days post op now and think I may have some rippling at the bottom of my left boob, I’m praying it’s just air bubbles that I can feel. xx

Hi. Do you have an update as to whether this was rippling? I’m 8 weeks post op and feels similar to this on cleavage of my right breast x
