It’s a good question and as I understand it rippling is basically the rippling of the implant, usually on the outer edges of the implant. I also read about traction wrinkling where a textured implant grabs the scar tissue surrounding the implant and pulls the overlying skin and tissues inward.
Apparently it more often happens if a lady has thin skin and insufficient soft tissue coverage, so theoretically larger implants may stretch the skin more an highten the risk, however 410 is not massive really and there is very little difference between the 380’s and 410’s. So I wouldn’t let that put you off choosing the ever-so-slightly larger size. Hope that helps…xx
