I went to see Dr Traynor again last night, just to talk about my weight concerns. I have already lost 1 stone 2 pounds which leaves me at 10 stone 2. I am 5’7 and a size 10/12 (so i’m not tiny and i am pretty curvy!). I still wanted to lose 10Lbs, but was worried that that might affect the size implants i have chosen – 380s. So when i told him that i still have 10Lbs to lose, he told me quite bluntly, that i dont and shouldnt lose any more weight. He said he can already see my ribs through my chest so if i lost that much more weight, it would make quite a big difference and i would be too slim. He also said that it would increase the chance of rippling and being able to see and feel the implant. So i have decided to only lose another 5lbs or so, and to just keep exercising and toning up. But its made me think, what about all these other girls on here that are much smaller and slimmer than me, and had bigger implants?! Sureley 10Lbs cant make that much of a difference, and there mustnt be much chance of them rippling?! Have any of you had rippling?? Help! xx

first off well done for loosing so much weight hunni you should be majorly proud of yourself! the surgeon is prob wanting to give you a natural look that will be in proportion with the rest of your body, i asked for large implants with my surgeon and he bluntly said it would not look right because of my small frame. it all depends on you shoulder width and other measurements hunni, if your really concerned arrange another meeting with him and talk through it again and ask him to explain it more fully xx

Take his advise Hun!! I had 435 cc low profile implants was 10.8 before op ballooned to 11.6 and started to lose weight lost over a stone then noticed rippling seen surgeon and she advised not to lose anymore weight!! Your skin around breasts is thinner so that’s why ya notice rippling more when losing weight, it sounds like your a good weight for your height Hun I’am 5.8/9 size 10/12 and weigh 10.1 now not losing any more weight just toning up:-) other girls who have had bigger may have thicker skin or a diff placement both make a diff to rippling ggod luck xx Sam xx
