From surgeons I’ve spoken to they said you can’t tell the difference between round and teardrop when others are down properly. Round can look just as natural.
Most flat girls need upper pole/boob fullness which is a bit harder to get with teardrop (without going huge) as they are less full at the top.
Teardrop has the disadvantage that they can rotate which may need reoperation, however round it doesn’t matter if they rotate as they’re the same shape all the way round.
