Hi I am planning on getting a breast enlargement in around April time. I am of a slim build. I am currently a 32a/b and am planning on going to about a DD. I want them to look as natural as they can for that size on me. I got told at another company to get round however I have always thought tear drop implants would look less fake. My hair dresser got hers tear drop and done at mya (similar body size and breast size) and they look amazing. Has anyone had similar thoughts before getting them done, or photos do after they have? Thank you!
