Hi rachael! I bought one of those macom medical bras that have expandable cups…i got a small as im only a 28-30 back. Im still in the same size clothes hun….but shirts ive had to go up a size. nI bought a size 10 zip up tracksuit to come out in and it was too big…i would have been better off staying with the same size clothes xxx

Aww thanks hun.just been 2 c my surgeon marion an she advised me 2 go 4 an uplift an 410.bcoz if I have 525 my nipples wil stil point down.think m goin 2 go wiv her advice.I think its not just all about the size but the shape an things 2.just hope 410 is big enuf.she cnt put anything bigger than 410 bcoz it will push against my scar around my nipple an make it look worse.hope iv made the right choice xx
