rung mya on friday and was told they would ring back still waiting!!

iv read storys on here that mya are useless at ringing back but havent experienced it until now, ive booked and paid for my op in full about2 weeks ago and heard nothing from them since, ive rung with a query to be told they would ring back to which ive had nothing …arrrrgh all i wana know is if they hacve recieved my documents for my gp as im worried my op will be delayed!!

They do this alot all friendly and everything goes great till u book in and pay then nothing! With my op my PC replied to all texts and queries I had then I got nothing as soon as I had paid and I had to chase them up to get my admission time. And my PC left my one point of contact and I didnt even know about it the customer servise is shocking, I cnat fault my suregeon or the nurses though,

I will be going elsewhere in future and thinkin of just comin off the forum completely tbf

I had this a few weeks ago, but now I have sorted it out, she said well I will give you my mob number so u can get untouched with me direct, when she doesn’t ring back I just text her and then she texts back, it might start to feel like your pestering them but end of day, you have paid a lot of money for this and you pester all you want. I’m Happy now with the contact you just need to put your foot down xx
