Hi guys, not been on for a while. I’m now loving my boobies they have changed sooooooooo much in six weeks. I went for my first run today only 4km and feel fab. I was a bit sore for a few hours after but feel fine now. I wore a level 4 shock absorber sports bra and a sports vest with a sports bra in it, so double wammy! Think it might be a few weeks till I start the press ups though

ruuning does get a bit of used too after ba, i started back at 5 weeks, started off with light runs and worked my way up, i say by week 8 was back to normal, i also recommend nike sports bras they are fab i always wear them in the gym and they keep my boobies well and truly in place, for any of you girls worrying bout missing excercise i did plenty of power walks from the day after surgery and started using my stepper at 3 weeks po, i just done 10-15 min 3 times a day, so just light stuff but it helps xx

i know they say not to exercise but i think as long as you listen to your body and dont over do it you’ll be fine, my bf told the nurse what id been doing at my 6 weeks check up (could have killed him the grass lol) but she was fine she said everyones different, everyone knows they’re own body, so people are ready to go back to exercise at different rates xx

Here here Nikki you are so right, everyone is different and levels of tolerance vary so much. I remember answering a thread on here a few weeks ago stating that I’d been out on my push bike and was poo poo’d by a few for doing so but I felt totaly fine! Listen to your body is what I say, your boobs will tell you when the time is right.

    Kezza I had overs X
