Hi Laura I’m a keen runner too and my surgeon’s told me to wait at least 6-8 weeks before I can take it up again. It’s my 2nd ba and I waited a similar amount of time before training previously too. It’s really frustrating isn’t it!

Hi Annemarie, I’m a keen runner too and can’t wait to get back to it in 3 weeks time. Do you think when you got back into running after you last BA that it ruined them at all? x

Hi Tracey, at first it felt a bit strange running with the new additions but it certainly didn’t affect them (I had 400cc overs). I just made sure that I wore a really good shock absorber bra. I had the first implants in for 13 years.
