I have also been wondering about when you can start excercising again afterwards, and how long until there is no pain at all? I think runnning would probably be one of the most extreme due to bouncing, but what about swimming or cycling?

I’ve been told the level 4 shock absorbers are the best on the market. Expensive but definitely worth the investment!

Sara I’m sure you’ll be able to start training May / June time. My ba is in 10 days and I’ve booked to go snowboarding at the start of April. I’m a very active person and hope to be back in the gym after 6 weeks or maybe earlier if I feel up to it.

Will be steering clear of the weights & treadmill to start with though :)
