runny nose after rhinoplasty

hi guys, I’m 4 days PO and my nose is running soooo much. How long does it take to stop? it’s starting to sting

yep mine ran constaantly for 6 days and it stung and aggrivated mt stitches and the bottom of my nose was sore it wasent nice, shouldnt really last longer than around a week though should dry up then get better x

did the nasal spray help at all? x

I used it a few times but to be honest it only unblocked my nose for about ten mins lol so I didn’t bother using it, I did use it at about 6 days because nown and again one nostril would block up so that did help it, I’m 12 days post op and have been breathing normal for about 5 days now, u will get there in the end x
