RUSSO – any information?

I am just a little concerned about what has happened with Russo? I have been advised to make a claim as my surgery has gone very badly? but im not sure whether to do this or not? HELP x

Im also v worried as i had my op 6th may and am totally blind as to y all this has happened feel we should be told whats happening! Sorry cant help with info tho xx
