RUSSO – any information?

I am just a little concerned about what has happened with Russo? I have been advised to make a claim as my surgery has gone very badly? but im not sure whether to do this or not? HELP x

im fuming this is twice my op has been cancelled by russo my date was for this sunday as well now they say i can get mr singh what ever his name is for monday but they want me to get to london for tomoro for a consultation which i cant do as im from notts and have 2 kids i have said i wont all my money back i have paid as i dont feel right to continue but no one has yet called me back over it dont know what to do x

I told my pc I want my money back and she was keep going on about trying to get me to see mr traynor! I’ve told her I defenitley want my money back so she said she’s gonna ring head office and call me back tommorow. I said to her I’m not gonna hold my breath! X

this is ridiculous I am waiting to have implants back in after my surgery went wrong first time but I don’t even know who will be carrying this out now ? x
