I had my breast augmentation on last wednesday and was told to bring a 34 DD sports bra. My surgeon was upset because my bra was too small. She said patients are told the wrong size all of the time and that I’d have to get one from M&S on thursday, size 36DD. I did as she asked, but there was extra room in the cup and now I’m 2 days post-op without a bra. I ordered another one from M&S for next day delivery and I’m praying that it fits, but I’m scared that being braless for 2 days will cause problems. Does anyone have a bra to recommend or how to figure out what size to get? I really like the sports bra I had originally, but if I get another one, I’m not sure if I should go 38D, 38C, 38DD? It was the shock absorber front zip bra and pre-op it was very tight. I’m usually a 32 band size and I got a 34, but it was still tight pre-op… so post-op, I’m thinking maybe even a 38 is the best way to go. My surgeon was concerned about it digging into my incisions. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Also, I’m really struggling to eat. I feel very nauseous 95% of the time. I’m very happy with my surgeon and the way I look, but I just want to make sure I’m taking care of my new additions the best way possible. Thank you all!! xxx

Shock absorbers are really small on the band you usually have to order 2 back sizes up for it to fit comfy! I loved my macom still wear it now 3 months down the line love it so comfy and didn’t rub or dig any where I had the I bra hope this helps xx
