    Hey Ladies,

I’m currently waiting on my first consultation meeting but i stuck on what i want.
All through my adulthood my weight has been up and down but after finally losing 3 stone my boobs have lost all volume and are extremely saggy and flat on the top.
Ideally i would love to get an uplift and implants but the thought of getting implants scares the life out of me as i dont want them to drop again due to really stretched skin.
Has anyone had implant put in and has really stretched flat skin on top and there still ok or have they dropped again?

I’m worried about this also, I’m having implants and an uplift & I have no volume on the top & stretched skin, so my concerns is definitely sagging once they’ve settled! Curious on people’s thoughts/photos

I have had my first consultation for this and have booked in with Dr Netri for 21st April for Surgery. I asked him this as I was worried, and because they are doing an anchor lift, he showed me what happens and the skin stretches back out at the top with the lift and then the implant fills this out even more (Hope this makes sense haha). I am having over the muscle, because I have lost volume on top but still have tissue. I used to be a 34F but I am now a 32B/C I believe! He did say that I would need to maintain my weight and make sure it stayed stable after the Op, which I assume is because increase/decrease in size again would cause the same issue. I would love to see photo’s before/after too if anyone has any! x

I can imagine losing and gaining weight will effect the results but to say that i’m going to stay the same weight forever is impossible 🙁
    This decision is really scary!
Does anyone know if you lose cup size if you just go for the lift, i’m a C cup now and I really dont want to go any smaller, if you dont i may just consider the uplift and maybe implants later on in the year.
