Saggy E's – uplift and BA – what size implants?

I’m new and I had my initial consultation today. I’m an empty 34E after losing a lot of weight, so want uplift with implants to make them rounder and higher. Am I going to need huge implants to fill them out, once the uplift is done? I dont really want them to be any bigger than I am now, but I heard you need big implants if you were big to start with. Anyone else had this situation? Any advice very welcome!! xx

Hello I was an empty 34c lots of breast tissue but my babies sucked me floppy from breastfeeding I had 260 overs to fill me to a firm and full d cup. I’m 5 ft 4 and weigh 9 stone. Size 8 curvy. Hope this helps x

Thanks Anchovie! I’ve still got lots of breast tissue too, but I’m bigger – 5ft 8 and 10st 10, size 12 curvy. Just a bit worried as I dont want to have HUGE boobs, just the same size but a better shape.

Hi I was completely empty 36d 5ft3 and 9.5st size 10-12, I had 320cc hp overs and got told should be 36dd/e xx

Also how much roughly is An uplift with BA? x

Mine was 5900 with overnight stay too but got 150 off with friend referral and my mate get 100 can use my name if you want xx

Mine was a daycase but i ended up with drains and stayed over night. Didn’t cost anymore tho x

Hi ladies, not sure if you still check this but I have just joined and was looking through your forum. I can’t seem to find any other site where people have been a natural C or D and got an uplift until now! I am a 34D but quite saggy after weight loss and having a baby. I am 5’9, size 10/12 in clothes but quite broad shoulders!

Tried on 340cc implants which I thought looked ok? Was told they would be overs. Can anyone give advice? Will this be big enough for me? And I would love to see your before and after pics if you have been a C, D or E cup before lift and implants. Thanks!!

I was a d/dd hun, had full uplift with 380 overs xxx

Your boobs may be a bit larger than they are now as your PS may choose an implant that will completely fill out the skin and perk them up more. If the implant is too small then you may end up with the ‘ball in the sock’ look…not sexy at all! I doubt that your PS can make them the same size they were before x

Kez, this is so funny that you’ve commented on my original post from pre-op 7 months ago as I just commented on yours from now, saying you sound a bit like me!!! Check out my pics. you can see what happened with my process and how happy I am now…

I’m a 34D now but mr traynor said I’ve got C tissue …. I’m having uplift and 300cc implants and mr traynor said I’ll prob be a D/DD!!

I had a low G cup and only had 300’s x

Hi girls hope this helps I was a deflated 32 dd before op I had 300 cc and am now a 32g I had a lolipop lift no cut under bob paid 5999 transform am 9 weeks po feel fre to add and see pics
