Hi there!! i had an uplift done and implants last year, and it was the best thing ever!, firstly if the surgeon says your boobs may sag after a ba years later, then they prob will, so its prob best to get the uplift and implants done in one. For example i paid 5500 but if you had the ba first of about 4000 and then years later an uplift that would set you back in total over 8000!!.
And you don;t get left with ugly scars, they are only noticiable for the first 6-7 months then eventually fade. you can hardly see mine, i reckon by summer mine will be gone completely.
my surgeon said i cud have had a large implant but said after about 2 years they wud have ended up drooping, so i opted for the uplift, and they are fantastic. they are very pert and smooth and high up. I had 340cc implants from a 34b and now measure a 32f. They have actually grown over the last 2 months.

I def def recommened listening to your surgeon and opting for the uplift, as you will save thousands in the long run. When i went for my op a girl was there having an uplift, and she only had her ba the year b4, and they had dropped, she didnt bother taking the adice of the surgeon from day one, and ended up paying out over 8000 pound. it does seem a lot paying for both procedures but believe me, its def the best option. hope this helps, as many ppl are against uplifts, but they are fantastic XXXX ignore my grammer n spelling as i cant type on this laptop! ha ha
