SALINE VS SILICONE

WHY IN THE U.K SILICONE IS USED ? AND USA SALINE?

I asked this at my consultation last week and was told that with saline ones you can have them filled up and let down depending on what outfit you want to wear! So when victoria beckham has a revealing dress on and they look like two big balls stuck on her chest she’s had them filled up!

I was quite surprised when I heard this, it sounds bizarre to me! There must be others reasons aswell lol! xx

I always thought she must just borrow David’s football pump to inflate them a bit more :lol:!! Totally pneumatic. Her new ones look great, much more natural – or maybe she just had them taken out altogether? I think she did have a couple of revisions along the way. Interesting…
