Same size implant but swelling in one

Hi everyone

I’m 4dpo, i had 300cc hp round impants. I have really bad bruising in the middle i’ll attatch some pictures. The bruising i can deal with, but the amout of swelling i have one side is ridiculous. I know its early days but could someone reassure me its normal haha. My right is still hard but perfect size and taking its shape slowly. The other is rock hard and feels so high. they feel so different, feels like the left isn’t even under the muscle. My side looks like i have back fat but its just massivly swollen

That’s a lot of swelling/bruising, but it’s completely normal! Some people bruise/swell more than others! Put a cold compress on there like an ice pack to help reduce it. X
