scab round nipple not going

nearly 9wks po..all scabs gone 2wks ago except 1 round my nipple..its sharpe n beddin in my skin..i can move it a little but underneith is a hole just dont look like its going 2 come off an the skin is growin over it..dont c my surgeon till august now
