Scaly skin on my cleavage! :(

I normally have very soft skin. My husband asked me why I’ve got scaly reptilian skin down my cleavage area. Anyone else got this? I used a scrub today but that didn’t improve it? Anyone?

I’ve been putting loads of baby oil on that bit hun as it want all dry xx

Cos its been stretched, get some oil like buster says or palmers rubbed into it twice a day xx
