Scar healing

Hi girls is there any creams/oils anyone recommends to help the scar healing??

Yea I’d love to know too … I’ve been doing a mix over the past few months of oils, lotions & silicone scar healing tapes

Are any of them working for you?

When I use the scar tape they look a bit dark when I take it off but then calms down … The scars have gotten lighter but not sure if that’s just time more than anything I’ve done

Ive not actually heard of scar tape. I was thinking of using sudocrem to begin with x

I’ve used bio oil every night for about two months, heard someone say it “makes them darker” but it definitely doesn’t im very happy with how light they’re slowly becoming:)

Has anyone tried palms cocoa butter on them?

I was recommended to buy silicone scar plasters, there is also a gel but it’s more expensive. He said he recommends that over bio oil or anything else. I’m only a few days post op so unable to use anything yet but you can get them off Amazon.
