    hey was 6 weeks post op on tues had 380cc with mr c am now in a 34 e sports bra still,..scars are healing ok but above my scar ive got a long brown line which feels bumpy underneath aswell? and other side not so bad but is dark brown around scar? do any of you girls have this and if so know what it is? am seeing surgeon for my post op check up in 2 weeks so will be 8 weeks post op then xxxxxxx

    I can’t help u sorry Hun but who was ur dr and what hospital did u have op??? I’m sure all is fine & have u phoned nurse??

    Hi, could it be the internal stiches? These are disolvable but apparently can take quite a while to disolve.

    thanks girls had mr chantasarak at highgate! and I had my stitches out 1 week post! just baffling me as scars are nice and neat and tidy xx

    If ur nurse as seen u I’m sure all is fine but I would phone Hun!!! I had dr c too at highgate on Tuesday! I’m still in pain but ok!!! Did it hurt having stitches out??

    You had your external stitches out, the internal ones are inside under your skin and dissolve over time on their own.

    hey ros1705 your a star!! but Im not sure if i had internal,..mr c never mentioned them to me?! and ive phoned nurse as she was like hmmm not sure what it is have to see when you come up here in 2 weeks…

    But tehere is a clear darl line above scar which is bumpy to touch and there is a gap between that line and my scar is underneath.

    got a few pics but couldnt upload said file restricted for some reason.

    Do we all have internal stitches? xx

    I think they do them to everyone as obviously there is all the fat and tissue that was cut to allow the implant to go in and that has to be held back in place.

    I know someone on sofem was talking about hers as she could feel them through her skin and the nurse told her the internal ones take longer to dissolve
