Scar treatment – 2 weeks post op

Hey. I’m 2 weeks post op – does anyone have any recommendations for some creams etc to help the scars? Not sure if I can use it yet but would rather order it now for when I can.

Also if anyone has any advice regarding massaging boobs etc to stop the swelling/ tenderness please?

I was told to massage them for at least 5 minutes a day… going upwards..

They say don’t use creams or anything on it until you have seen them after 6 weeks.. I would think bio oil is ok after this time? I know on another thread something else was recommended but I can’t remember the name. Xx
Edit: just found the thread.. Prosil stick was recommended
