Scared of rippling if I take the bigger size

My surgeon said I could have 310cc or 340cc. He said the bigger you go the

More chance of rippling. This made me worried especially as I was leaning more onto the idea of getting 340cc.

I’m skinny and therefore it is more likely. If rippling happens is it free to re op? Thinking worse case eeek…hopin I don’t have this problem though.

I’m going with the most firm inspira soft touch …what shall I do when I had my heart set on 340cc:/
