Scarring 4 months post op

Hi girls
Wondering how others scars looked 4 months post op. My vertical scars are totally flat but the ones underneath are very raised and red. My nurse was slightly concerned at my last appointment in march as there was also a sort of ripple that still hadn’t flattened on one nipple but the surgeon never responded.
One nipple is also much lower and non centered than the other and feel really dissapointed in general

Hi Lauren who was the surgeon who did yours. My biggist fear is having unsightly scars as I have skin that is prone to get keloid scars l, but at same time a hate my boobs now so I don’t now what to do.
Yours don’t look that bad and looking at other post op pics on here and other sites svars change so much usually for the better month by month. Have you been using any scar therapy? xx
