Scarring

Hi girls i am 3montha post op i had 325 hp overs and i have used bio oil and coco butter every day but my scarrong is still bright red, do anyone know how long they take to go down as ny boobs dont hide the scar? Thanks xx

My scarring is still very red and noticeable I had my op on 21st of October I would also like to know this xxx

I’m only 23 days post op and I still don’t have fully formed scars? Is this normal? There not red tho xx

Im 5 weeks post op and mine are still scabby? hope this is normal xx

This is my left, I had Mr mounir and my pc said he’s good with small incisions xx

I still haven’t bathed ? I’m the biggest wimp. I have a shallow bath in sports bra and use the shower head to rinse over incisions and upper body no soap or sponge has been any where near, is this why I’m less healed? Xx

Im the same i dont think we are supposed to have a proper bath putting incisions under until you get the all clear at 6 week check up. I also havent used anything but shower water on my incisons. Im sure we’re both fine they look totally closed just last bits of scab hanging on ? lol xx

Haha urs are a lot thinner than mine I think urs will look fine when there healed xx

Mine seem to be much lower and not on my boob ill upload a pic is this right?

It can take up to a year for scars to fade mine where hideous and now slight white lines.
Please be patient and don’t put anything on your boobs till advised by your nurse or surgeon.

@lauren1991 You’re right to not bathe while your incisions are still scabby! Best to leave them as dry as possible until the scabs come off xx
