Scarring around nipple help ba through nipple

Hi girls I’m 10days po and I had my ba through the nipple, I still have my steri strips on as the nurse told me to try and carefully peal them off if they tug just to leave them which I have, it’s just my left nipple where I’ve had a nipple lift only on this side looks quite nasty it’s upsetting. Am I overreacting because it’s early days and will they heal nicely I’m worried. Any advice on how to get the strips off Etc? Thanks girls xxxxx

Are they stinging? If so you might be allergic to the steristrips? They irritated me so I took them off my incission side rather than waiting for them to come off in the shower. Im not sure about changes to nipples I’m afraid as I had the regular incision site.
