scars???

Just a quick Q, are we meant to have our scars covered? with steri strips or something like that? i have not had anything on mine since i went for my 7 day check with the nurse, she put steri strips on but i took them off after my shower! xxx

nope not after the first week need to air them for 5 weeks then you can use dermatix silicone strips to decrease the redness etc…

I’ve just been putting big plaster over mine to prevent them bring rubbed on my clothes but I’m leaving them off now at nearly 3 weeks post op xx

Can I ask is this stil true if ther stil weeping & sore? Also I can see bits of stitches sticking out from my nipples is this normal? Getin rly worried xx
