Scars

What have people been putting on there incisions? I no there’s bio oil but wonderd if there is anything anyone’s found better? Xxx

Vitamin E oil I think is better , from superdrug ! I used it my cesarean sections scar after all 3 sections and I think its brill xx

A few girls I know have used Remescar stick or Dermatix strips. Apparently Boots Scar Serum is meant to be really good, I’m yet to have my surgery in January but have purchased the stick and the serum purely based on reviews of my friends xxx

Hey huni with scarring I use E45 as the scarring is on outside and the inside and you need to smooth this out to do u use two fingers and with cream you rub in firmly in small circular motions all the way across the scarring day/night you need do this quite early on but if isn’t not u still got a very good chance to still smooth it out I’ve done this on with all my 3ops which the 1st one being the uplift and this works a treat xx

Alex, when do you start doing this, 6 weeks post op or earlier?xxx

It’s best to when your scabs are falling off but my 1st round with my uplift I started at 8 weeks post op so just as many times in day u can it all helps xx
