scars, any suggestions on how to heal them quicker???

i am nearly 8 weeks post op my scars arn’t terrible or anything but wondred if there is any miracle creams that can help them fade quicker lol. I have already been using bio oil and also the butter stuff everyone talks about for stretch marks lol!!!
