well i finally took the plunge and went for my first consultation today at newcastle and it was great i was so excited haha. Thanks emma for all your great advice but now im after more going to see the surgeon on the 22nd of this month and just wondering what happens when i see him i cant wait any advice anyone please

Hi Laura, when you see the surgeon he’ll ask you a bit about why you want it done and the look you want to achieve, ask you what size bra you currently wear. Then he’ll have a look at you and take some measurements and then the fun part of trying the implants on!! He should also run through the risks with you and explain about the procedure itself, recovery, scarring etc.
I haven’t had mine yet but I’m having it with Mr Adamo. Not until 21st Oct though so I still have a while to wait. He’s absolutely lovely though. I saw someone else before I saw him and what a difference in their manner. He will put you at ease and he also gave me the option of getting someone else in the room if I was uncomfortable with him seeing my boobs lol.

yeah there was a notice in the reception saying that if i wanted someone else in then to tell the receptionist my fiance coming with me so he will be ok to come in wont he?? xxx
oh yeah definitely, I think that’s one of the main reasons I was so nervous cos I was on my own but if you’ve got good support then that’s great hun! Nice to have someone else’s opinion too if you’re stuck between sizes x
